Przybyla says he was excited about the move. "I am originally from Chicago," he says. Additionally, the firm's Chicago office is "one of the premier offices in the company" and the Chicago market has "some of the largest commercial real estate investors in the Midwest," Przybyla says.
The Chicago office currently has about 35 agents and Przybyla plans to "expand our presence" and hire probably abut five additional agents and possibly another 10 in the next 12 months. Przybyla says one of his goals is to have the office be one of the top five offices for the firm and "having a market share of 20% to 25% in all product types."
