ROCKAWAY, NJ-Biotest Diagnostics is moving its headquarters from 66 Ford Rd. in Denville to Rreef's 400 Commons Way here. The company, which makes medical diagnostic products, has just signed a lease for 26,024 sf at the 83,000-sf flex building.

Biotest, a subsidiary of Germany's Biotest AG, was represented by John Cunningham, executive VP of GVA Williams NJ, Parsippany. Rreef was represented in-house by David Nenner, as well as by first VP Thomas Mullaney of CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook. Terms were not released.

"Biotest Diagnostics is consolidating and relocating from its current location, and will use 400 Commons Way as its US headquarters," Cunningham says. "This new space will integrate the company's corporate and R&D operations, and provide a premier corporate address."Built in 1993, 400 Commons Way is situated on a nearly 16-acre site approximately one mile from I-80.
