"We are very excited to partner with Cushman & Wakefield in this leasing effort," says Margaret Carlson, the portfolio manager for RFR Realty's Stamford portfolio. "The company has an exceptional track record in bringing properties to full capacity."
Cushman & Wakefield's Paul Kauffman, executive director, Gregory Frisoli, senior director and Brian Scruton, associate, along with Edward Weiss, vice chairman and Joseph Cabrera, EVP, from C&W's New York City office, serve as the leasing team representing RFR Realty.
The available space to be marketed by C&W includes a 50,000-sf block of contiguous space and 11,000 sf of built-out suite space available for tenants with requirements starting at 2,000 sf. "Canterbury Green is a great property, offering professional ownership with exceptional lease opportunities, superior infrastructure, sizeable floor plates and first-rate amenities, all in a world-class corporate location," says Kauffman.
Canterbury Green was built in 1987 and is located on the corner of Suburban Avenue and Broad Street, directly across from the Stamford Town Center. The building had been a part of Equity Office Properties Trust until recently. RFR Realty, acquired the former Stamford portfolio of Equity Office Properties Trust from the Blackstone Group of New York City in August in a deal worth approximately $850 million. The firm is the largest commercial office property owner in Stamford. Its portfolio also includes 1, 2, 3 and 4 Stamford Plaza, 177 Broad St. and 300 Atlantic St.
