The just-sold asset is a partial two-story and three-story office and retail building occupying the entire block bounded by Bergenline and New York avenues and 31st and 32nd streets. TD BankNorth occupies the entire ground floor, and CardioMedical officials say they plan to convert the remaining vacant office space on the upper floors into medical offices.

"This property is a quality asset for CardioMed Services, and for their daily medical office needs," says Stephen Siegel, CB Richard Ellis' chairman of global brokerage, who teamed with vice chairmen Michael Laginestra and Scott Gottlieb, and first VP Randy Eigen to represent the seller. CardioMed Services was represented by Rick Metjian, president of the Jersey City-based Avanti Group.
