Most of that new availability involves space once occupied by Verizon Wireless, which has consolidated most of its operations in the region to its new headquarters site, the former AT&T campus in nearby Basking Ridge. Still in the building are Beacon Healthcare and ING Employee Benefits.

SK Properties bought the complex in mid-2005 from Leggat McCall, and promptly signed Verizon Wireless to a long-term deal. The current availability involves the entire top floor of the three-story asset, half the second floor and a portion of the ground floor. Offered in blocks from 15,000 sf, the space is on the market as a relet and currently listed with an asking price of $27.50 per sf plus tenant electric.

"This is an opportunity to relocate to a fully-amenitized office facility situated in the heart of national and international pharmaceutical, biotech and financial sector firms," says Justin Gingeleskie director of leasing for SK Properties. "A major highway network is at our doorstep and a train station lies less than three-and-a-half miles away." The building is near the intersection of Interstates 78 and 287, which it overlooks.
