"We were able to maximize on market demands due to the credit worthiness of our tenant and the location of the building," says Norman Feinstein, Hampshire's executive managing director. "We're able to read the marketplace and make sound decisions on our investors' behalf."
The just-traded building is currently fully leased to the Bergen County Board of Social Services, a county agency that has been in the building for the past 19 years. Route 17 is one of the region's prime commercial and retail corridors. The building had been in Hampshire's portfolio for the past five years.
