Adam Rose says that the title "reflects the role she has played during the past several years in the firm's development initiatives, special projects and strategic planning. This appointment completes the full integration of the third generation of the Rose family into the firm."

In addition to her other responsibilities, Rose supervised all aspects of Rose Associates' corporate marketing program and human resources. In her role as co-president, Rose will focus on strategic positioning and future development, including Rose Associates projects, and ventures with clients and development partners. She will also continue her efforts with leasing, management and marketing. A source close to the company tells GlobeSt.com that this is a newly created role.

Rose graduated from the University of Michigan and is an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization, International Council of Shopping Centers, Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York, the Real Estate Board of New York, and the Women's Forum Inc.
