With the renewal, Montefiore Medical Center now leases a total of 170,064 sf at South Westchester Executive Park. Carol McGuire, in-house senior director of leasing, represented Mack-Cali. The deal brings the 58,000-sf 3 Executive Blvd. building to 100% occupancy.

The two other lease renewal deals were at Mack-Cali's properties in White Plains and Elmsford. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., a division of Citigroup, renewed its 17,103-sf lease at 11 Martine Ave. in Downtown White Plains. The lease term is for eight years and five months, Mack-Cali officials say. Al Gutierrez of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and Ivan Abry, in-house senior director of leasing, represented Mack-Cali in the deal. With Citigroup signed long-term, the 180,000-sf 11 Martine Ave. is now almost 86% leased. Also, Cablevision Lightpath, a division of Cablevision Systems Corp., renewed its lease for 11,400-sf at 565 Taxter Rd. in Elmsford. The new lease, which brings the building to 98.8% leased, expires in five years and three months. Cushman & Wakefield's Maureen O-Boyle represented Cablevision Lightpath, while Mack-Cali's Abry represented the building ownership.

Commenting on its latest lease deals, Mack-Cali VP of leasing Jeffrey Warner, says "these leases reflect the strength of the Westchester market and demonstrate the continued success of Mack-Cali's strategy of building successful, long-term tenant relationships through maintaining high standards of quality for both our properties and our services."
