The property is currently 90% occupied now, in part due to a capital improvement program launched by the owner--an entity of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates--when it acquired the 425,000-sf building in January 2007. Recent tenants include AHP Settlement Trust, which signed new 10,000-sf lease on the second floor of the Greenhouse entrance of the complex; Synergy Medical Education Alliance, which inked a new 7,000-sf lease at "the mansion," the stand-alone property at Spring Mill Corporate Center.
The four-story building, Spring Mill Corporate Center has a 100-seat restaurant, a 17,000-sf on-site fitness center, conference center for tenant use and parking. Situated on 50 acres in Whitemarsh Township, the property dates back to the 1700's and was the site of Philadelphia's first vineyard. The mansion--which Synergy is using as its headquarters--has its own separate historical pedigree: it was originally constructed as a safe haven for King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette of France during the French Revolution.
