
The program with Muller is one of a number of efforts that PBC has under way as a commercial janitorial company with operations in California, Colorado, and Arizona that sevice a portfolio of 103 million sf of property. PBC has designed the programs to assist its customers in achieving LEED certification and realizing a number of benefits that result from the certifications, according to Ian Bress, CEO of PBC.
In addition to its programs assisting customers with LEED certifications, PBC recently formed an alliance with Linc Mechanical, one of the largest networks of mobile HVAC service providers in the nation, to collaborate on certification efforts on behalf of building owners. PBC's Conley explains that the alliance with Linc is designed to "create a focused consulting service offering that provides direct guidance on all environmental matters impacting the property manager." He cites the Linc Group's expertise in energy solutions, mechanical systems and electrical engineering as complements to the services that PBC provides.
With more than 2,800 employees, PBC services large corporate campuses, multi-tenant downtown office towers and other commercial properties. Linc Mechanical is part of the Linc Network, headquartered in Pittsburgh and Atlanta, with more than 3,400 employees servicing more than 16,000 companies in 45 states as well as international markets.
