In his 24-year career in the industry, Pace has acquired more than $4 billion worth of communities on behalf of institutional investors and private shareholders. IRVINE, CA-Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. has promoted Rob DeCanter to the role of community association manager. He was previously architectural coordinator. Working out of the firm's headquarters here, DeCanter will oversee the management of the firm's portfolio of existing accounts throughout Orange County, CA.
