"Having a health club here has always been a popular amenity," says Bruce Simon, Olnick's president. "So when the club that was there previously vacated the space last month, we decided to continue to provide this service ourselves."
Headquarters Plaza consists of two office towers totaling 600,000 sf, a 100,000-sf professional office mall, a 3,000-car parking garage and a 225-key Hyatt Hotel. The hotel was reflagged as a Hyatt in 2005 and subsequently underwent a $6-million renovation. The Concourse Club serves the hotel, office tenants and the surrounding community.
