Bridgepoint was represented by Chris Hobson of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, with Kilroy represented by Douglas Lozier, Jeb Bakke, Michael Corbosiero and Ryan Egli of CB Richard Ellis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The new agreement between Bridgepoint and Kilroy calls for the education firm to expand its occupancy from 119,837 sf to 142,217 sf at 13500 Evening Creek Dr. Commencing in stages between July 2008 and September 2008, Bridgepoint will occupy all 147,533 sf of 13480 Evening Creek Dr. Andrew Clark, CEO of Bridgepoint, says that the company plans to adding 600-plus employees to its San Diego office.
