Total revenues fell $1.1 billion, to $15.1 billion, while operating income came in at $794 million, down from $1.4 billion.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">Last month Sears management announced that CEO Aylwin Lewis was leaving the company. Lewis' interim replacement is W.
