The two largest signings total 72,450 sf and effectively fill the building at 211 Evans Way in Branchburg. There, portable storage and moving company Pack-Rat Inc. has leased 38,000 sf of office and warehouse space in a deal that aggregates to $1.1 million. Adams represented the lessor, and Connor Faught of GVA Advantis of Washington, DC represented the tenant.
At the same location, Pedowitz Machinery Movers has taken 34,450 sf of warehouse and storage space, with Adams representing both sides. The space is in addition to the company's existing space at 260 Evans Way, leased in 2005.
Also, Vautex Machines Inc. has leased 16,424 sf of demonstration and office space at 201 Chambers Brook Rd., also Branchburg, with Adams representing both sides in a deal that aggregates to just less than $515,800. Lifecell Inc., a bioengineering company, has leased 11,700 sf of office and lab space at 50-2 Tannery Rd. in Readington, an industrial condo building with space currently listed for rent with an asking price of $8 per sf. Adams represented the lessor, and Jamie Drummond of GVA Williams NJ represented the tenant.
Finally, Butensky Services Co. has renewed its lease for 7,830 sf at 171 Industrial Pkwy. in Branchburg, utilizing the space as warehouse, office and service areas. Adams spoke for the lessor, and Joan Heller of Knauer Realty, Raritan, NJ, represented the tenant.
