The North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corp. has the leasing and management exclusive for the property, and that firm's Ethan Goldsmith negotiated the deal on behalf of the ownership. Larry Anderson of Anderson Realty Services, Secaucus, represented Men's Wearhouse. Terms were not released.
Besides the Men's Wearhouse deal, two existing retailers at the center have renewed, and a third has expanded and relocated there. Megan's Hallmark and Steck's Deli have renewed their leases for 4,500 sf and 1,500 sf respectively. And Sherman and Sons Jewelers has moved into a 2,500-sf slot.
