The developers is the Asbury-based J.G. Petrucci Co., and that company has hired Colliers Houston & Co. to find tenants or buyers for the asset. For Colliers Houston, SVPs Michael Markey and Jonathan Tesser and senior associate Adam Citron are handling the assignment.

"This is an opportunity for users looking to buy or lease new industrial space in Central New Jersey," Markey says. "It combines the accessibility of the Exit 8A industrial marketplace with excellent labor and housing options."

Located just off Route 130, the building will have 32-foot ceiling heights and a half-dozen loading doors. Building plans also call for office space to suit.
