Harsch owns and operates 21 million sf of office, multi-tenant industrial and retail in the Western US, as well s 1,500 apartment units. It has offices in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Las Vegas, and San Diego, and plans to add an office in Phoenix later this year. The company added $337 million of acquisitions and development projects in 2007.
