SunGard will move into the building in September 2009, says Mathias Hasselrot, CFO and responsible negotiator at SunGard, in the release. The company joins other future tenants DTZ, Essen International (949 sm), FAR (2,045 sm) and Implement (590 sm), who will move into the building in January 2009. The building will also have retail space, with Pressbyran opening a store in the building also in January.
