Trump Plaza, developed by Cappelli Enterprises of Valhalla and Donald Trump, was recently completed and is 70% sold. More than 125 residents of the 194-unit property have already taken occupancy at the complex that features one-, two- and three-bedroom units priced from the mid $500,000s to $1.7 million.

Louis Cappelli, president of Cappelli Enterprises, says "the opening of New York Sports Clubs, one of the region's premier fitness centers, adds new excitement to the luxury residential lifestyle of Trump Plaza and further strengthens the economic revival under way in Downtown New Rochelle." NYSC is open to the general public and Trump Plaza residents.

The NYSC facility at Trump Plaza features two swimming pools, a lap pool and a fourth pool geared to children's swimming lessons and aquatic exercise classes, a basketball court, fitness equipment, a family changing room, and separate studios for aerobics, cycling, boxing and mind-body exercise programs.

NYSC's other Westchester locations are: Croton-on-Hudson, Hartsdale, Hawthorne, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Scarsdale, Somers and at the City Center complex in Downtown White Plains. The firm also operates clubs in Nanuet and West Nyack in Rockland County, Carmel in Putnam County as well as eight locations in Fairfield County, CT including two in Greenwich, three in Stamford and clubs in Danbury, Norwalk and Westport. NYSC also operates a facility in West Hartford and has extensive holdings in New York City.
