The National Fire Insurance Co. was represented by Lewis Miller and Andrew Sussman of CBRE. MrOfficeSpace.com lists asking rent at the property at $37 per sf. Queries for further information were not returned by deadline.

Designed around a 3.3-acre landscaped commons, MetroTech Center includes 14 buildings. 12 MetroTech Center, also known as 330 Jay St., is a 1.1-million-sf office building that houses the Kings County Family Court and New York State Supreme Court Criminal Term, as well multiple commercial office tenants.
In early March, GlobeSt.com reported that the Ms. Foundation for Women would be relocating its headquarters to the property, from 120 Wall St. At the time, a source familiar with the deal told GlobeSt.com that average asking rents at 12 MetroTech are $38 per sf.
