The recently completed Temecula Corporate Center is a 187,000-sf class A project that features office, flex tech and industrial buildings for sale. Garmon Corp. will occupy the entire industrial portion of the project, which also includes 87,000 sf of office buildings that range from 2,166 sf to a fully improved 22,522-sf building and 63,0000 sf of flex tech units that range from 3,992 sf to 11,955 sf.

Garmon is a manufacturer of nutritional pet supplies including products such as the NaturVet, GreenTree and Pet Organics lines of pet products. It is headed by owner Scott Garmon.

The PRES project is part of a master-planned development with access to the 15 and 215 freeways. It is designed to provide access to San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties, according to Brad Schroth, president of the PRES Cos.

The new corporate center was built by general contractor Fullmer Construction of Ontario, CA. The listing agents for the center are Rob Gunness, Dan Yeilding, Scott Stewart and Mike Williams of the Temecula office of CB Richard Ellis.

Terms of the sales of the new PRES buildings were undisclosed. The Newport Beach-based company is involved in acquisitions and investments, commercial brokerage services, property and asset management services, corporate real estate consulting, development and construction management.
