Cornish & Carey has recently expanded to 10 regional offices housing approximately 220 brokerage agents. The expansion was the primary driver for Doyle's addition."While he will be intimately involved with managing C&C's growing operations, he will also maintain his brokerage role to augment C&C's Institutional Investment Group," Seufferlein says.

Doyle brings 20 years of brokerage, development and institutional investment sales experience to his new role. Doyle joined CBRE in 2004 to oversee institutional sales in the Silicon Valley. In 2007, he was one of the top 100 brokers in the entire CBRE organization and a top producer for the San Francisco region. He has been a top producer in the Silicon Valley for CBRE for the past three years, and in each of the past two years has been named the "Institutional Broker of the Year" by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.

Prior to CBRE, Doyle was a principal and managing partner at Deerfield Realty Corp. and Schreck Brown & Associates. Prior to that, he was a top producer at Santa Clara-based Commercial Property Services from 1991 through 1998.

Doyle was not available early Monday afternoon for comment.
