And a key tenant is already in place, Mike Gorman of Metro Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. That would be PNC Bank, "which is moving its local location on South Centre St. to the Renaissance Building. It's going to allow PNC greater accessibility that will allow them to serve their customers better," says Gorman, who's the building's leasing agent on behalf of RLC III. "It has almost 4,000 sf of space available for from one to three retail tenants."
The project is part of this Camden County community's ongoing revitalization, and RLC III has set its sights on at least one other redevelopment project in town, to be announced at a later date. "We are personally committed to revitalizing and investing in this community," says Ed McLoughlin of RLC III, in a statement.
