[IMGCAP(2)] One Kaiser, also known as the Ordway, is a 530,887-sf, 28-story high-rise built in 1970 by the Kaiser Cos. for the expansion of its corporate facilities. The building features an "H" shape that provides eight corner offices per floor. Outside of San Francisco, it is the tallest office building in the Bay Area, with views of Lake Merritt, the Oakland hills and Downtown San Francisco.
[IMGCAP(3)] 2100 Franklin St. is a nine-story, 215,000-sf building that Brandywine developed from the ground up, completing the shell in October. The building, which is still vacant, has 16,000 sf of street-level retail space for tenants and passersby. The combined complex of 2100 Franklin St. and the 2101 Webster St. building will be known as Center Twenty One, with the two buildings to be linked by a nine-story atrium.
[IMGCAP(4)] 2101 Webster St. is a 464,424-sf building that was built in 1984 in the Lake Merritt district. It is registered with the USGBC awaiting LEED certification. In addition to traditional services usually associated with class A office buildings, 2101 Webster features a full-service desktop publishing shop and a van service with 10-minute pick-ups.
[IMGCAP(5)]1901 Harrison St. is a 272,100-sf, 17-story steel-frame structure built in 1985 and includes three levels of subterranean parking. Also known as World Savings Center, it was named by the Building Owners and Management Association as an Office Building of the Year for 2006. As of the end of Q2, it had the highest occupancy of the five, 97.5%.
