Aliso Viejo-based Parker notes that the Renaissance ClubSport is the first full-service hotel in Aliso Viejo. The boutique-style hotel is managed by Marriott for Leisure Sports Inc. and R.D. Olson of Aliso Viejo.

Lee Redmond, CEO of Parker Properties, says that a fitness center and hotel were part of the planning for the Summit development from its inception more than 10 years ago. He adds that the hotel is designed to draw clientele both from the corporate tenants at the Summit complex and from the local community.

[IMGCAP(2)]Just before the Renaissance ClubSport was completed, Parker Properties and Rreef, its financial partner for the Summit project, completed two four-story office buildings totaling 260,000 sf, which the developer is now leasing. The new phase includes three water features, among them a 40-foot high water wall, as well as a series of smaller outdoor areas designed as gathering spots.

In addition to the two new four-story buildings at Summit, Parker also recently completed a nine-story build-to-suit office tower for Pacific Life Insurance Co.'s Life Insurance Division at Summit. The Summit Office Campus is nearing the end of construction, with more than 1.5 million sf of space completed and one final eight-story office building in planning. The 12-building campus is located off the 73 Tollway in the center of Aliso Viejo.
