Sunbelt has named the CB Richard Ellis team of Bill Clark, Tom Dwyer, John La Spada, Jennifer Rice and Michael Slater as the leasing agents for the project, which features one building of three stories and one of two stories. The buildings are designed to accommodate tenants ranging from 1,000 sf to 60,000 sf.

In December, Tri-Counties Regional Center signed a long-term lease for approximately 27,000 sf in the building at 2401 Gonzales Rd. Tri-Counties, which is relocating and expanding from a previous Oxnard location, is scheduled to occupy the building this month.

Tri-Counties was represented by Dwyer, Slater and Rice in the lease, which was the first signed at the Sunbelt Professional Centre. Tri-Counties Regional Center contracts with the State of California through the Department of Developmental Services to provide support and services to children and adults with developmental disabilities who live in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Sunbelt Enterprises and it's affiliate, Westland Enterprises, are both headquartered in Oxnard. The companies, which develop and manage commercial and industrial property, have a portfolio of more than two million sf of commercial and industrial space throughout Southern California and Nevada. Their holdings include office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities and flex spaces.
