In the Corona transaction, Assa Abloy Door Group Inc., a commercial door specialist, signed a 61-month lease on a property at 255 Airport Circle in a deal valued at $3.1 million. Assa plans to use the building for the assembly and distribution of its door products throughout Southern California, according to Luke McDaniel, a senior vice president with Voit Commercial's Anaheim Metro office.
The property is located in the West Corona Industrial Center, a multi-tenant facility close to the Corona Municipal Airport near the 91 and 15 freeways. Assa Abloy was represented by McDaniel and Cameron Driscoll, also of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, with lessor Oak Properties of San Diego represented by Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial in Anaheim.
[IMGCAP(2)]The four Orange County deals included leases for 54,060 sf by Leiner Health Products LLC at 7442 Orangewood Ave. in Garden Grove, 26,462 sf lease by Visiogen Inc. at 2 Goodyear in Irvine, 72,501 sf by Sanmina USA at 20091 Ellipse in Foothill Ranch and 28,800 sf by Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America in Garden Grove. The remaining deal is the 154,818-sf lease by G3 Enterprises in Modesto.
Leiner Health's lease is for five years. The firm was represented by Hook McCullough of CB Richard Ellis, with Tomaselli and Zehner representing the landlord, Walton CWCA Garden Grove 62 LLC.
Visiogen Inc., an ophthalmic medical device company specializing in the development of new vision alternatives for patients with cataracts, leased its space for five years. Landlord New Goodyear Ltd. was represented by Sam Olmstead and Trent Walker of the Irvine office of Voit Commercial, with the tenant represented by Greg Haly of CB Richard Ellis.
Sanmina USA Inc, a global electronics manufacturing services company and high-performance printed circuit board fabricator, signed a three-year lease for its space. The tenant was represented by John Griffin of Voit Commercial's Irvine office, with lessor Scholle Corp. represented by Rick Kaplan and Jon Tran of Cushman & Wakefield. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive signed for three years and was represented by Tomaselli and Zehner, who also represented landlord CWCA Garden Grove 62 LLC.
In the Modesto transaction, G3 Enterprises, signed a 39-month lease for a property at 214 Wieland Ave. G3, which provides an array of products and services for the wine and spirits industry, was represented by Mark Reckers of Lee & Associates. Property owner Foremost MacArthur Park LLC and Save-Most Desert Rancho Ltd. was represented by Alan Pekarcik, Dan Vittone and Jeff Williams of the Irvine office of Voit Commercial.
