Asking rent at the property is $75 per sf. Estabrook, which was acquired by Grove Creek Asset Management LLC, who has office space on the 29th floor of 153 E. 53rd St., is keeping the Estabrook name. Due to the expanded, merged company size, and upcoming lease expiration, Estabrook will move into the new space on the 15th floor on Sept. 1, 2008.
The subtenant representatives were CB Richard Ellis' EVP Paul Amrich and associate Fernando Urrutia. The landlord representatives were Anthony Dattoma and Mike Mashovich.
Amrich tells GlobeSt.com that Watson Wyatt is staying at the building, but is shedding some space. He notes that the building, which totals 720,000 sf, is 100% occupied. Office tenants, according to MrOfficeSpace.com, include Hogan & Hartson, Thelen Reid & Priest, Watson Wyatt & Co., and Schroder Investment Management.
