CB Richard Ellis, which has its main New Jersey office at the complex, represented both sides. CBRE FVP Cheryl Hardt represented the landlord, while SVP David Opper and VP Ed Solarsh represented the tenant. Terms were not released; availabilities at the two-building complex are listed with rent as "negotiable."

The complex's Plaza I building, NEC Financial's new home, consists of 224,000 sf on eight floors. Its companion Plaza II building totals 264,000 sf of rentable space on 11 floors.
