The company is moving out and consolidating operations from around Hendricks County, including a building in Plainfield, says Jennifer Burk, SVP with Duke. "I know they value the accessibility and visibility of this location," she says. "Plus it's a brand new building, and very efficient." The building opened in March, and is already 93% occupied. Brightpoint will move into the site in October, but will continue to operate distribution centers in AirTech Business Park in Hendricks County.

The six building, 600,000-sf park as a whole is 92% occupied, she says. "It's been a very active market," she says. Rents at the park are between $21 and $22 per sf, gross, Burk says. Woolpert signed a 10-year lease for 23,700 sf in the IV building in June. Interactive Intelligence is another tenant of the facility.

Duke has another office building planned, the 100,000-sf Woodland Park VII, that could go just north of the VI building, she says, though no movement is being made yet. "We're always on the drawing board, evaluating. We have enough space to build two-three additional buildings if the market warrants it."
