Polsinelli was pursued by "several local real estate firms", according to Edward Jordan, regional manager of M&M's Manhattan office, in a statement, but she decided upon M&M to continue her career. Jordan explains, in a release, that "our firm's access to a nationwide pool of investment capital was one of the factors that attracted her to Marcus & Millichap." Polsinelli agrees in a statement that her decision was prompted by "the firm's commitment to providing the business development tools necessary to grow my business." Polsinelli's clients include pension funds, institutions, high-net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
The new associate VP of investments brings 25 years of experience with her to the largest commercial real estate brokerage in the nation focusing exclusively on real estate investments. Polsinelli, according to a release, has arranged more than 660 commercial real estate transactions.
