Historic Church Considers Mixed-Use Project

Gentilucci, who managed the development of the $90 million Manhattan Beach Studios, says that BTG Advisors will represent the church through its RFQ and RFP process and selection of a joint venture development partner. BTG Advisors will also provide strategic and financial planning through the completion of the project.

BTG Advisors has played similar roles for First United Methodist Church of LosAngeles and Immanuel Presbyterian Church of Los Angeles with their current plans for two faith-based developments valued at $125 million. BTG provides a broad range of consulting services for real estate owners, including nonprofit and faith-based organizations. The Burbank-based firm was founded in 2005 by Gentilucci, former managing director of Shamrock Capital Advisors, an affiliateof Burbank-based Shamrock Holdings of California Inc., the investment arm of the Roy E. Disney family.
