Williams, whose career includes 37 years of hospitality industry experience, founded Williams & Associates, a hospitality consulting firm, in 1989. His clients while at Williams & Associates included Mellon Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Kintetsu Corporation (US and Japan), Koreana Hotels (US and Korea), Ritz-Carlton Hotels and the State of California. During the 24 months before he joined Warnick + Co., he oversaw more than $250 million in hotel acquisitions and dispositions.
Before operating his own company, Williams served as a general manager for Hyatt Hotels in various locations, including Atlanta, Monterey, Albany, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Waikiki. When he was with the Sheraton Corp., he served as vice president overseeing the Sheraton Universal in Los Angeles. He also ran his own real estate development business in Hawaii.
Warnick + Co. provides consulting, asset management, investment banking, and development management services to investors, developers, financial institutions, hotel companies, and government agencies worldwide. The company maintains offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Phoenix.
