BOSTON-Equity Office Properties takes the rest of the shares in 222 Berkley St. and 500 Boylston St. from its partner Hines, which will continue to manage the properties.
The 500 Boylston property is 25 stories and 710,000 sf of mixed-use area, while 222 Berkley St. is a 22-story, 520,000-sf office building. The two buildings are connected in the Back Bay neighborhood here.
