A source confirms the deal to GlobeSt.com and says that the asking rent was $92 per sf at the property for the mid floors and more than $115 for the top floors. CB Richard Ellis' Matthew McBride, who repped the deal, did not have a comment for GlobeSt.com by deadline.

The source tells GlobeSt.com that Netherlands Consulate has been a tenant on the entire 11th floor since 1993. The lease was coming up and the Colsulate got what was considered a good or fair deal to renew, so they did, the source explains.

Building's owner, Tishman Speyer, was represented in-house. Other tenants include DirectTV Group Inc., Ripplewood Holdings, the Clark Estates, Ford Motor Co., GAM Holdings, Man Investment, CitiBank, Dean & Deluca, Morrell Wine Co., Salon Vijim, and United Parcel Service, according to MrOfficeSpace.com. Tishman Speyer did not respond to GlobeSt.com queries by deadline.
