[IMGCAP(2)]Chris Hite, co-founder and president of Coreland Cos., says that in addition to serving the company's clients in Northern Orange County, the new Brea location will aid in serving clients in the eastern portion of Los Angeles County as well. Hite cites the "challenging economic times" that the industry faces and says that the new office will help to maximize the income-producing potential for properties owned by Coreland clients at a time when the improvement of efficiencies in property management, leasing and real estate services is of paramount importance.
Swanson, who has been a regional real estate manager based in Coreland's Tustin office, will relocate to the new Brea office, which is at 330 W. Birch St. Swanson has been with Coreland since 2005 and oversees the real estate management and operations for a portfolio consisting of retail and mixed-use properties located throughout Orange County. Before joining Coreland, she served as a property manager for a major real estate owner, successfully managing a 2.1-million-sf portfolio.
