ComScore signed a 10-year lease for the space, which is on the second floor of the Opus building. The firm specializes in surveys, analyses and other services that track the browsing and transaction behavior of consumers, including online and offline purchasing, to help corporations make marketing and business decisions.
The 4000 Shoreline Court building that com.Score occupies is part of Opus Center Sierra Point, a two-million-sf office, hotel and R&D campus positioned between San Francisco and San Jose at the Sierra Point interchange on Highway 101.
Opus West Construction Corp. built the tenant improvements for comScore's space, with NAI BT Commercial brokers Ben Paul, partner; Mike Moran, managing partner; and Randy Keller, managing partner, representing Opus West in the lease. Derek Johnson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented comScore. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The building has an additional 6,000 square feet of rentable space that is currently being built out and is expected to be ready for occupancy in November. To date, Opus West has developed 75 acres of the 120-acre Sierra Point campus and an additional two LEED-Silver certified buildings, totaling 448,000 sf, are entitled.
