Globe Express Service Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Ruiyuan Logistics Co. is leasing roughly 139,000 sf and 128,000 sf, respectively. This space will serve as a global distribution center for Globe Express.
The AMB Beilun Port Distribution Center began construction in 2007. When completed it will be roughly 400,000 sf.
