The luxury tower boasts one bedroom lofts, two, three and four bedroom condominiums and penthouses; all with sound proof walls. The price per unit will run from $210,000 to $2 million. The goal is to market the property as a vacation home. Ayendy Marte of Group G&S says in a statement, "The country's economic growth is ideal for investing in Juan Dolio,…[it is] a tremendous value for anyone seeking that 'perfect' vacation home."
The tower's amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, gym, Wi-Fi, a commercial and retail area, restaurants and a boutique spa. Las Arenas is 15 minutes from the Americas International Airport and roughly 40 minutes outside Santo Domingo.
The tower was designed by Jorge Mesa to have a panoramic view of the beach and vegetation. The tower will give 80% of the residents a view of the beach.
