Crowley, who has more than 20 years of experience in the property management industry, joined CBRE in 2000 and was most recently director of operations.

(RAHWAY, NJ) Denholtz Associates promoted Gary J. Seminara to director of property management. In his new role, Seminara will be responsible for all day-to-day property management operations for the company, including managing tenant improvement projects, reporting, on-site tenant relations and quality control strategies. He began his career with Denholtz in 1999 as senior property manager and was promoted to regional property manager in 2002.

(NEWPORT BEACH, CA & ATLANTA) Robert Durand was named vice president of financing and mortgage originations at KBS Realty Advisors in Newport Beach, CA. He was previously with JPMorgan's Real Estate's CMBS . Allen Aldridge is now senior vice president and asset manager at KBS Southeast region in Atlanta. He comes from CMD Realty Investors of Chicago.

(COLUMBUS, OH) The Pizzuti Companies have announced that Stephanie Moreton has joined the firm as manager of business development. Moreton will be responsible for creating and building client relationships in all facets of the firm's business activities. She was formerly public relations liaison for the Kentucky Opera in Louisville.

(NEW YORK CITY) Winick Realty Group announced that Robert S. Weber, previously the market director of real estate for JP Morgan Chase, has joined the firm as director of financial retail services. Weber will focus on real estate strategies for financial services retailers.

(COPPELL, TX) CiCi's Pizza has hired retail real estate veteran John W. Baldwin to head its real estate team. He has headed the US real estate teams for the development of several well-known national retail brands, including Starbucks, La Quinta Hotels and Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
