The mall will be seven floors, three of which will be below ground, with 750 parking spaces. Situated near the center of the city, the mall will be well-positioned for potential tenants. Currently there are no tenants disclosed, nor the cost of construction. Colliers International did not respond to GlobeSt.com inquiries by deadline.
The Greek company, Pasal Development, deals specifically with commercial real estate assets, primarily within Greece, although it is presently expanding into the Balkan region.
