Fisher & Phillips was represented by Jack McNutt and Chon Kantikovit of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis, along with Kay Davis of the firm's Atlanta office. Owner and developer Opus West was represented by Dean Chandler and John Weiner of CB Richard Ellis.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Published asking rates for the space are $3.55 per square foot per month for most of the floors of the building, and $3.65 per square foot per month for the penthouse.

The law firm will be relocating to the new space from Irvine Center Towers in Irvine. It is one of the oldest and largest firms in the country representing employers in the areas of labor, employment, civil rights, employee benefits and immigration law.

The 2050 Main St. building is the third and final final phase of Opus Center Irvine within the 48-acre Irvine Concourse. The building is known as Opus Center Irvine III and comprises 314,074 square feet of space in 13 stories at the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Main Street. The class A building completed the developer's 900,000-square-foot master plan for the project site, which also includes Opus Center Irvine I and Opus Center Irvine II.
