Truex, who has 25 years in the industry, was an SVP in the Seattle office of Staubach Co. prior to joining Colliers in 2004. Powers, the one-time mayor of Spokane, WA, joined Colliers in January 2007. Prior to that, he was chief executive of the economic development council serving Seattle and King County. Neither Truex not Powers was immediately available Wednesday morning for comment.
