The tenant specializes in supply chain management and executes global shipments from Belgium. "We are leasing in AMB's development in order to move to a high-quality facility that is able to accommodate our business expansion," said Chris Nuytemans, general manager for No Limit! in the statement.
The new center is located along the Brussels-Antwerp transportation corridor, connecting the property to the Port of Antwerp container seaport and the Brussels International Airport. AMB's portfolio in Europe totals about 13.6 million square feet of operating and under development properties.
