The Patricia, Bar Manor and Hudson View properties boast one, two and three-bedroom flats and townhouse units, whereas the Sherwood properties and Sparta Green venture one and two-bedrom units. The entire portfolio is located on the Hudson River near Route 9.
The buyer was Morgan Bari Manor LLC, Morgan Hudson View LLC, Morgan Sherwood LLC, Morgan Sparta Green LLC and Morgan Patricia LLC. Fannie Mae provided financing through M&T Realty Capital Corporation.
