This lease is the latest in a series of wins for Monday Properties. All told, the company has renewed roughly 30% of its DC metro portfolio in 2008, closing the year out ahead of its internal expectations, the company says.
Recent deals include the renewal by the US Coast Guard of 592,000 square feet at 2100 2nd St.; Boeing Co.'s renewal of 144,000 square feet for 1200 Wilson Blvd.; General Services Administration renewing 20,700 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd., and Arlington County leasing 53,000 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd.
