A total of 84 condos averaging 4,000 square feet will be included in thedevelopment with price tags ranging from $3 million plus, according toTrinity Development Group's Web site. Amenities are planned to include alibrary, card room, media room, certified art storage, wine room, fitnesscenter, heated pool and spa. In March, the development company put out arelease that included a spring 2010 projection for completion. TrinityDevelopment Group did not wish to comment on the project to GlobeSt.com thisweek.
