The Luxe Cabinetry space is at 43195 Business Park Dr., a 160,561-square-foot industrial building where 15,500 square feet of second-story office remains available for lease. The building that Luxe is leasing previously served as the headquarters for Walker Wood Products Inc., a cabinet manufacturing company serving home builders throughout Southern California. Walker Wood Products was acquired and reorganized as Luxe Cabinetry by a Boston-based private equity firm in December 2008.

The 43195 Business Park Dr. building is situated on an 11.5-acre site near Rancho California Road and Interstate 15, a major intersection in Temecula, and was built in 1991. Kearny bought the property in 2007 through its $100 million Kearny Industrial Fund, which is a partnership of Kearny Real Estate Co. and Morgan Stanley Real Estate's $9 billion Prime Property Fund.

The M. Block and Sons lease is an expansion of its its 146,659-square-foot premises in Building 3 of Redlands Industrial Centre, a Kearny asset in Redlands, CA. The M. Block space is in a 323,936-square-foot warehouse distribution building at 26763 San Bernardino Ave. that is the largest of three buildings in the 586,000-square-foot complex. The fund acquired the property in 2006.

Kearny was represented internally by senior project manager Jason Rosin in the Luxe Cabinetry transaction, with Luxe representing itself. In the M. Block lease, Kearny was represented by the CB Richard Ellis team of Kevin McKenna, Ian Devries and Grant Ross, with Block represented by Ron Washle of Grubb & Ellis Co.
