The decade-long project at 1 Grandview Pkwy. is estimated to generate up to 6,000 jobs. Many of those jobs could come about as a result of Trinity Medical Center's relocation from Montclair Road into an unfinished, 13-story hospital on the site. According to Daniel Corp.'s web site, the building contains close to 1 million square feet.
The newspaper report says once Trinity's owner Community Health System of Brentwood, TN obtains approval from the city, Daniel Corp. will begin development on parking decks and two office buildings that could total up to 400,000 square feet. Read more about the project here.
